Guideline: How to get the best print via our App
- White Background: It's essential that you use a white background (white non-glossy paper, for example) to get the sharpest, clearest image.
- Good lighting: make sure you're in a bright, well-lit space. It's a key factor in getting a clear fingerprint. Avoid as much as possible shadows for the best results.
- Good camera distance: hold your fingertip at a distance of 10-15 cm from the mobile camera. Give the camera lens a quick clean to get the clearest image
- Prepare for Scan: lay your hand flat on your white surface with fingers well spread. Hold your fingertip in the white circle frame
- Line up the two dots: match the two dots, and the photo will be taken automatically and saved in your phone's gallery.
