The zebra print design on this charity bracelet is the international symbol for rare diseases. When doctors hear hoof beats they should not jump to the conclusion of horses, it might be a zebra. Neuroendocrine cancer is one of those zebras. And the earlier it is diagnosed, the better the outcomes.

One hundred percent of the revenue made from selling this piece (including postage and packaging) will go directly to the Miranda Filmer Fund, to help improve research, understanding and support into neuroendocrine cancer.

This charity was set up after the tragic loss of a brilliant woman and friend of the founders of Abbott Lyon. Miranda died at the age of 30 from this rare and hard to treat disease. She was a truly brilliant person and a keen horse-rider. Her parents have been working tirelessly to raise money and awareness of this disease in Miranda’s honour, and launching this charity bracelet is Abbott Lyon’s small way of contributing to an important cause.
